§ Mr. John PattenHome Office officials—and those in other Departments concerned—will be preparing action plans to review their grant programmes in the light of the principles set out in the statement of policy towards the voluntary sector given in my right hon. and learned Friend's answer to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Daventry (Mr. Boswell) on 4 April 1990 at column639 and of the recommendations of the scrutiny report.
