§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryHer Majesty's inspectorate of pollution is in consultation with PowerGen plc concerning the use of Orimulsion and very heavy residual fuel oils in power stations. Trials are to be undertaken this summer to assess the environmental effects and what measures might be needed to minimise such effects.
