What were the results of appeals by employees and employers respectively, for the year ending 31st March 1990 in (i) England and Wales and (ii) Scotland, for:

  1. (a) unfair dismissal appeals;
  2. (b) appeals under the Equal Pay Act 1970 (as amended);
  3. (c) appeals under the Sex Discrimination Acts;
  4. (d) appeals under the Race Relations Acts;
  5. (e) other cases.
