§ Mr. Peter LloydAs I indicated during the Adjournment debate on puppy farms on 21 December, the Government are considering amendments to the 1973 Act which would improve the way in which the Act is enforced and so bring illegal and unlicensed dog breeding establishments under the control of the law.
