§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryWe have begun discussions with the sewerage undertakers concerned to work out the details of the necessary programmes of work required to end sludge dumping at sea by 1998. The time scales of these programmes and their associated costs will depend on the particular circumstances in each undertaker's area.
