§ The Prime MinisterThe enterprise shown by the Juno initiative is welcome and we regret that it is encountering financial difficulties. However, Juno is a one-off private sector initiative angled at commercial sponsorship and media interest. Diversion of public resources from the Government's longer-term scientific and commercial space objectives would not be justified. Accordingly, the Government do not intend to intervene.
