§ Mrs. GormanTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he expects to complete his review of the progress the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organisation is making in resolving the difficulties which prevent the United Kingdom from rejoining.
§ Mr. MaudeWe are currently reviewing comments received from a large number of organisations consulted as part of our review of policy towards UNESCO. We will also be taking into account the views expressed in the report on UNESCO by the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House.
