§ The Attorney-GeneralA case in which the defendents are Marconi Company Limited, Marconi Space Systems Limited, Marconi Secure Radio Systems Limited and various former employees of those companies is pending before Winchester crown court. It results from inquiries carried out by the Serious Fraud Office. The remaining inquiries concerning Marconi companies are being carried out as expeditiously as possible.
