HL Deb 29 March 1990 vol 517 c1095WA
Lord Stallard

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they have studied the report on Homelessness in Britain by John Greve and Elizabeth Currie sponsored by the Rowntree Regional Trust; and what their response is to the report.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of the Environment (Lord Hesketh)

This report covers much of the same ground as the Government's review of the homelessness legislation which we published last November. Many of its recommendations echo those in the review, on which we are now urgently taking forward action.
