Member for Ross, Cromarty and Skye wrote to the Minister on 13 February and 13 March, respectively, will not be delayed by the appeal of the Department of Social Security to the Social Security Commissioners against the award made under the claim for family credit dated November 1988 made by the Reverend and Mrs. John MacLeod; and if he will make a statement.
