§ Mr. MaudeWe have been progressively extending our educational exchange programmes in response to changes in eastern Europe and introducing new schemes to bring eastern European students to our universities and polytechnics, funded jointly with the private sector, with academic institutions and with bodies such as the Soros Foundation.
