(2) in how many cases where there were no court recommendations for deportation after conviction of a criminal offence the Home Office has served notice to deport on grounds conducive to public good over the past five years.

The numbers of notices of intention to deport served on grounds conducive to the public good include a small number where there was no criminal conviction.
