§ Mr. Andrew F. BennettTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list, for each of the years 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989, the number of temporary traffic regulation orders made by local authorities under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict or prohibit the use of footpaths or bridleways for which he gave consent under section 15(2) of that Act for an extension of the period for which the order was in force.
§ Mr. RobertsTemporary traffic orders affecting footpaths and bridleways are not separately identified from those affecting road traffic and no records are kept.
