§ Mr. FreemanLast month, at a cost of £3.8 million spread over two financial years 1989–90 and 1990–91, the Department launched the latest national drug publicity campaign warning young people of the dangers of becoming involved with drug misuse. Complementary regional campaigns are being run in Yorkshire, Mersey and west midlands.
