§ Mr. NeedhamMy noble Friend Lord Skelmersdale will tomorrow be publishing a policy paper on community care in Northern Ireland. The paper will explain how the national objectives in the White Paper "Caring for People" are to be pursued in the context of Northern Ireland's unique integrated health and social services. A copy will be placed in the Library.
