§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe Council of Local Education Authorities has discussed with officials of the Department and the Department of Health a number of issues relating to the responsibilities of district health authorities and local education authorities in respect of the provision of speech therapy services. I expect to meet members of the Council to discuss these issues quite soon.
