To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what plans he has to increase the availability of integrated pre-school education for children with special educational needs.

To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science if his Department plans any new initiatives to increase the integration of special needs students in mainstream schools.

It is the duty of local education authorities to keep under review the arrangements they make for special educational provision.
