§ Mr. Lang[holding answer 26 March 1990]: Trusthouse Forte has already announced its decision to sponsor a 153W technology academy in Scotland and has made a firm and generous offer of £1.5 million towards its cost. I fully expect that more will be raised when a decision has been taken on the location of the academy.
