§ Mr. CopeThe "Northern Ireland Commentary on Public Expenditure Plans 1990–91 to 1992–93" was published today and copies are available in the Vote Office. This is the third Northern Ireland commentary and it aims to improve the information available to Parliament, and the public, by amplifying the material in the Northern Ireland chapter of the 1990 public expenditure White Paper.
