§ The Attorney-GeneralIn its third report on land registration (Law Commission No. 158) the Law Commission, having extensively reviewed the matter, recommended no change to the existing requirement that only leases for a term exceeding 21 years should be capable of being noted on registered titles. The Government are considering this recommendation together with others listed in the report.
