§ Mr. WaldegraveMy right hon. Friend the Prime Minister announced during President Havel's visit last week that the know-how fund is being extended to Czecholosvakia. Poland and Hungary are already beneficiaries and we have said other countries will qualify once they are fully committed to political and economic reform.
