When resources will be made available to the Know-How Fund, recently extended to Czechoslovakia, so that practical projects in Czechoslovakia may be submitted for consideration.

Following the announcement of my right honourable friend the Prime Minister on 21st March that the Know-How Fund would be extended to Czechoslovakia, we are already discussing co-operation in the following areas: the free market and privatisation; local government; small businesses; retraining and other employment matters; university curriculum; independent policing; and English language training.
