§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Prime Minister if she will make it her policy, when she meets President Bush on 13 April in Bermuda, to raise(a) the forthcoming fourth review conference of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, (b) the forthcoming amendment conference of the 1963 partial test ban treaty and (c) the development of a common policy position by the three depository states for the non-proliferation treaty, for membership of the treaty of a united Germany.
