§ Mr. MellorThe world ministerial summit to reduce the demand for drugs and to combat the cocaine threat will take place in London on 9 to 11 April. Replies to invitations are still coming in, but to date over 100 countries have indicated their intention to take part, and we are expecting a final attendance of between 120 and 140 countries.
