§ Mr. David HuntI am confident that charging authorities have sufficient resources to collect the personal, standard and collective community charges. The chargeable person who is shown in the community charges register as subject to the collective charge will be required to maintain a record of the payments of contributions which he collects. The charging authority will be able to inspect these records.
