§ Mr. MellorWe welcome local efforts to prevent and reduce the extent of drug misuse, especially where they have the support of the local community. In areas where drug prevention teams are set up under the initiative announced by my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr. Hurd) last October, I would expect the team to establish close contact with any local neighbourhood drugwatch scheme.
