Whether they now have anything to add to the answer given by Lord Brabazon of Tara on 15th January (H.L. Deb. col. 509) stating that they were examining the convention against the recruitment, use, financing and training of mercenaries against the background of current UK legislation and hoped to come to a decision soon.
