§ Mr. MoynihanMy Department is in the process of considering responses from a wide range of interested bodies, to a consultation exercise on the Clay Pigeon Shooting Association's draft code of practice on noise from clay pigeon shooting held last year, with a view to meeting the association again in due course to discuss the comments received. No date for the publication of a code of practice has been finalised.
