Mr. Jack Thompson

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) how many young people aged over 18 years are on YTS with special needs (STN) endorsements;

(2) if he has any plans to introduce an increase in the YTS allowance, age-related for 18-year-olds and over, in line with the principle set in April 1988 for income support claimants when rates liability was introduced.
