§ Mr. Alan HowarthThe building of a new school, or a significant enlargement to the existing school, at Landkey 419W will require the publication of statutory proposals. No statutory proposals of this kind are currently before my right hon. Friend for decision. Priority is given in the distribution of annual capital guidelines for new school places needed as a result of population growth.
