To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) why there has been no dispensing information level I from PACT since September 1989;

(2) why there has been no prescribing information level 1 from PACT since September 1989.

Level 1 PACT reports are issued on a quarterly cycle to all prescribing and dispensing general practitioners. Reports have been issued on time since September 1989 to all FPCs and GPs.
