§ Mr. BattleTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will consider extending the list entitled "New Land or Building used for the Same Purposes in Schedule 2 of the draft Capital Finance Regulations" to include dwellings with particular reference to dwellings which need to be disposed of to facilitate a commercial redevelopment.
