§ Mr. John PattenWe have already carefully considered the reports of investigations supervised by the Police Complaints Authority into complaints against the police arising out of the Broadwater Farm disturbances and can find no evidence from these investigations which casts doubt on the safety of any of the convictions of those concerned.
