§ Mr. ChopeWe are considering the final form of our advice to local housing authorities on stairlifts in the light of reponses from organisations consulted on the draft circular, "House Adaptations for Disabled People". We shall issue this before the new disabled facilities grant arrangements come into operation on 1 July.
