§ Mr. ChopeBefore making the Revenue Support Grant Report (England) 1990–91 and the other reports associated with the 1990–91 settlement, which were approved by the House on 18 January, my right hon. Friend considered all the representations he had received including those on Tameside's safety net grant and the effect of the housing revenue account contributions. He is satisfied that his decisions on the 1990–91 settlement are fair and reasonable.
