§ Mr. Nicholls"Toxic Substances Bulletin" is issued twice a year and is available on subscription from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). There are currently 2,400 subscribers, mainly from industry and professional institutions concerned with the control of exposure to hazardous substances at the workplace, accounting for 2,900 copies of the publication. A total of 1,500 copies are distributed within HSE and a small stock is held for new subscribers and complimentary issues.
§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment what proportion of industrial establishments subject to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations have registered a COSHH audit to 1 January 1990.
§ Mr. NichollsThere is no requirement under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 1988 for registration of COSHH audits.
