§ Mr. NichollsIt is not Government policy specifically to encourage women with dependent children back to work. It must be a matter of personal choice for the woman concerned. For details of the steps being taken by the Government to help those women who wish to do so to return to the labour market, I refer the hon. Member to the reply given to a question from my hon.
