§ Mr. LilleyThe information the hon. Member requests is already available in the appropriation accounts for the departments of the Chancellor of the Exchequer for the relevant years. The relevant expenditure recorded in those accounts includes fees paid to outside organisations but those fees could not be identified separately except at disproportionate cost. Costs incurred by Her Majesty's Treasury in connection with the privatisation programme in 1989–90 and 1990–91 will be reported to Parliament in due course in the usual way.
