§ The Prime MinisterThe expenditure referred to in my reply of 5 March to the hon. Member falls mainly on expenditure class XIV, vote 1 with a small amount of class XIV vote 3. Main areas in which this funding will be spent include costs of the first medical audit systems, the resource management initiative, strengthening of the finance and personnel functions in health authorities and the development of asset registers.
