(2) what were the total numbers of housing association units for rent within the London boroughs that were approved by his Department for housing association grant, block three, where the funding authority was a local authority not the Housing Corporation, for each of the years 1985–86, 1986–87, 1987–88 and 1988–89, with figures to be apportioned between newly built and rehabilitated units with hostel and shared housing bedspaces to be itemised separately.
