§ Mr. Nicholls[holding answer 5 March 1990]: No. To make the provision of child care facilities a separate criterion from the existing criteria would not be appropriate. The criteria for approved status for training providers cover general themes, such as equal opportunities, rather than prescribing particular actions to implement them.
