Whether they will place in the Library a copy of the Australian proposals for peace in Cambodia, tabled at the informal discussions in Jakarta.
§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Lord Brabazon of Tara)The Australian Government is pleased to make available a copy of the Working Papers for the information of noble Lords. This will be placed in the Library as soon as it has been received. It should be noted, however, that the working papers are not essentially a public document, but are intended for discussion among parties to the Paris Conference on Cambodia.
