§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor's Department is not responsible for the employment of certificated bailiffs and the information sought is not kept. Each county court is, however, required to exhibit a list of bailiffs who have been granted a certificate to levy distress for rent by a judge of that court.
