§ Mr. EggarBetween February 1989 and January 1990, 2,781,400 were called for restart interview, of which 299,000 were referred to unemployment benefit offices for failing to attend that interview. A total of 26,800 (9 per cent.) of these had their benefit or credits disallowed.
