§ Mr. Freeman[holding answer 5 March 1990]: The Department's management courses do not at present include specific sessions on equal opportunities for women. However, following a recent review of training, the Department plans to include such sessions on all management courses as soon as possible. There are no staff at grade 6 level and above working outside what would normally be regarded as the Department's headquarters.
