To ask the Secretary of State for Health how much money has been allocated to the Eastbourne health authority for each of the two years ending on 31 March 1991; and what is the percentage increase, in real terms, of the second figure over the first.

Revenue allocations to Eastbourne health authority for the years requested are:

  • 1989–90—£55,737,000
  • 1990–91—£58,324,000

The allocation for 1990–91 includes a 4.3 per cent. increase in real terms over 1989–90.
