§ Mr. MacleanThe arrangement of courses for those wishing to obtain veterinary degrees is a matter for the850W veterinary colleges. My Department ensures that the veterinary surgeons which it employs are properly trained for their duties. The action which the Government are taking in response to the Page committee's report on the review of veterinary manpower and education was announced in a reply given to the hon. Member for Clydebank and Milngavie (Mr. Worthington) on 31 January.
