§ Mr. BaldryBids from sponsors of renewables-sourced generating projects for contracting under the non-fossil fuel obligation amount to between 1 and 2 GW of capacity. However, the level of the obligation in respect of renewables will not be determined until it is clear, in the light of consultations, how many of these projects are ready to go forward.
