§ Mr. Peter LloydNine forces in England and Wales and five in Scotland are using in-car video equipment to record evidence of motorists' poor driving behaviour. Recordings are used either to educate the motorist or may be presented in court to support a police officer's evidence that an offence has been committed. I understand that a further four forces in England and Wales are shortly to acquire similar equipment.
