§ Mr. AtkinsWe are aware of the problems caused by wind impact on heavy goods vehicles. That is why warnings are issued to all drivers of high-sided vehicles in windy conditions. It is up to the drivers and operators to heed these warnings, to load their vehicles appropriately, to drive carefully, to avoid particularly dangerous sections of road and, if necessary, to stop in a suitable place until conditions improve.
